Update: New one works well! I love it, it's cool as heck. Advice: one should not twist the arms in unless they need it, check this out on all 10 arms. The wires must be pushed into the housing, so there is some strategy needed. Unfortunately, when we switched it on it exploded. Will ask for replacement and update if the new one is good.
