I really like the look of these pendant lights. I ordered 3 of them, but upon receipt I could tell, 2 of the three boxes had been previously opened. The packaging inside the box had also been previously opened. I had to ask for a replacement globe for one of them because it was chipped. Which I did receive without question. However, I didn’t buy an “Open Box” item but feel like that is what I received. When you pay “full” price for an item I would expect to get a NEW unopened item.

I love these lights. Very modern. I have now ordered them for a 2nd house!

These pendants are in our kitchen over the island counter & look great. Installed about 11 years ago & still work great.
