The light fixture is absolutely gorgeous. Looks like it belongs in a million dollar home! And it’s not flimsy! ❤️❤️

Waiting to hear back from company. 2 of the parts are pretty scratched and damaged.

Other reviews prepared me for the worst for assembly as the instructions were the worst I’ve seen. I got lucky and guessed correctly several times. I needed a magnifying glass to read them too. Do not take the sticker labels off as you go, wait til the end. Theres a copper ground wire external to the encased other 2 wires (which are not color coated) - also adds to confusion and safety concern. Light is beautiful tho and exactly as pictured.

Don’t get me wrong the light looks good. The instructions to put it together are a joke and confusing. I had an easier time putting it together without the instructions. The way that the cord has to get routed through and then attached to the live wires is barbaric and not practical for electrical work. Plus when you have to twist the cover onto the support it makes the twist and coil up. Would not recommend this product unless you want to go through the pain for the look.

This product is getting a low rating simply because it arrive unassembled and was missing key parts. We ordered this for a property that is getting ready to be listed to sell so it is time sensitive to get it installed before photographs. When the product came with major parts missing and I called Wayfair, we learned that Wayfair has NO involvement with issues for this product and that we needed to work with the company that is selling it on Wayfair directly. No problem... except that Wayfair couldn't provide ANY contact information for the vendor. So, we had to just go onto Wayfair and click to button to report the issue and now we wait with no response and no information on what we can expect a week out. We can't get a refund. We don't know if we are getting replacement parts because there is no way to follow up with a vendor. If Wayfair is the storefront and they are going to have this kind of arrangement, they should at least be able to provide the contact information and/or facilitate the process. There is no accountability with this situation and this was not an inexpensive light!
