UPDATE one year-post install: despite how sluggish this unit is to turn the light on, I was generally happy with its fan function. Well, one year after (professional) installation, it's started making horrendous clicking noises seemingly at random. Forget about trying to sleep with the fan on. Wish I'd never bought it. Had this installed by my usual electrician. There's a significant delay between hitting the button for the light and having the light actually come on, which is quite annoying. The remote is also bulky and clunky looking. Other than that, it works well for my space.
