Beautiful fan. It was packaged well but the downrod was extremely long and a shorter option was not provided. Make sure your ceiling height is within the recommendation requirements or your fan will hang to low. I contacted the manufacturer and they advised me to purchase a shorter one from a different manufacturer since they've had multiple complaints from this line in regards to the same issue, but it didn't come in this finish. Thank God my husband can fix anything! Once finished it is beautiful as expected.
