Back in October 2022, I wrote an online question to Wayfair, "Is this item of a yellow Labrador retriever or a chocolate Labrador retriever?" The website description states, “Featuring America's favorite canine the golden retriever of both colors…. glass imprinted with pictures of a golden retriever.” They wrote me the following answer: “ "This is for a set of two chocolate and yellow labradors."Sarmaine from Wayfair on Oct 27, 2022. Because I have a Chocolate lab and Wayfair’s answer stated that a chocolate lab was in the set, I placed my order. However, when the set arrived, I received one Black lab nightlight (instead of a chocolate lab) which glass was separated from the frame. The second nightlight was a Yellow lab. That one was fine. I notified Wayfair of my dilemma. I also provided the above information. The Wayfair representative said that I could send the set back and she would send me a new set or I could request a refund. Yet, she could not confirm the colors of the retrievers that would be included in the a replacement set. I asked if I could send back the black lab nightlight and keep the yellow lab nightlight because there isn’t anything wrong with that one. The Wayfair representative said that, since they were sold as a set, I would need to send both back. I then reiterated that I still didn’t have an answer on why I was informed that the set included a chocolate lab. I further explained that if they were going to send me the same set (one black lab and one yellow lab), I could probably glue the glass on the black lab nightlight myself. I said that I really was hoping one of the nightlights were a chocolate lab but would keep the black lab nightlight if I had to. The Wayfair representative offered to discount my order by 25% if I kept the set. I asked if she could contact the seller first to find out the answer to my original question. I declined the discount (something that I regret now) thinking that this matter would be resolved. The Wayfair representative said that she would forward my concerns to the seller and someone will. email me with a reply in the next 24-48hrs. These are nice nightlights for the cost of two. I was disappointed that one was not a Chocolate lab. So if you are wondering what the item includes, you will receive one set. One box is labeled A and includes a black labrador retriever. The second box is labeled B and includes a yellow labrador retriever. At the time of this review, I am still waiting for the Wayfair resolution representative to resolve my concerns. Additionally, the online description still states “golden retriever,”
