Too expensive for what you get. Paying over $400 (with tax) for two bedside lamps was a big deal for me, but I finally did it because the options for brass plug-in wall sconces are so limited. I chose these for the swing-arm feature -- the placement of the light can be adjusted for reading in bed, which is a plus. The installation instructions were very poor, but I figured it out through trial and error. (Hint: if you put the mounting plate on straight, the fixture itself will be crooked, so don't put in all four screws until you've truly worked out the placement.) The biggest disappointment is that the metal finish is much darker than it looked in the pictures and it doesn't match all my other brass details. More options, like brushed gold and champagne bronze, would have been nice at this price point. The swing-arm flexibility on one of the lamps is fine, but on the other one it is so tight that I worry it will rip off the wall when I move it. It is so tight that I am unable to loosen the joints with the allen wrench they included. I will probably keep the lamps due to the difficulty of finding something else, but I expected better for the price.

It’s a pretty pendant, rustic. I originally was going to use in my kitchen but decided on the mud room instead.

The color was quite right, kinda fakey though I'm sure most would be happy with them.

Do NOT purchase for hard wire installation!!!! Very poor quality metal plate, the grid holes that usually allow installation to the light box are “punch out” and very small. This means there is no flexibility to align with your current light box. The screws also stripped immediately. We have one screw stick in the wall right now, cannot take it out or screw it in. Use your own hardware if you attempt to use hardwire option. We purchased 2 and neither are level. Looks cheap and very small for the price. Do not buy.
