Nice chandelier. Unfortunately, we are missing 2/3 of the crystals on the top tier of the chandelier, about 90 crystals. I called Wayfair 4 weeks ago, the represenatative promised me that someone will get back to me. Will have to call again, since nobody ever reached out to me. Payed 2000 plus dollars for this item, very disappointing. Also, we will have to hire someone again to hang the rest of the crystals, if we will ever get them.
