It’s beautiful, just what the room needed! When the first one arrived, there were broken pieces. Customer service was amazing, sent another chandelier without asking for the broken one back. When the second one arrived, it too had a broken crystal, but we were able to replace it with one from the first chandelier. There must be a better way to package these chandeliers do nothing breaks in transport.
