Very unique and beautiful buffet style lamps topped with a shade made of cayce shell pieces that have been carefully pressed together and heavily sealed so that no small pieces will start breaking off. It is clear that a lot of of time went into making these shades. They are very well-made as Capiz shell is very fragile and will crumble under stress. The weight of the shade, which is significantly heavier than normal is a good indication that they are very well protected. Also, where the shell connects to the interior of the shade is unbelievably perfect!! With the shade made of a natural material that is hand pressed together, there will never be 2 shades alike. All of the colors and style make them super easy to pair with any decor, and will always be a conversation piece. They are really so much prettier in person! The price point for them is actually a steal for the design and quality of materials and . workmanship.
