Terrible. When I received the order, there were four broken cups. I reported the problem to Wayfair and they said they were sending me replacement parts. The replacement parts took 10 days to come and they only sent me two when I told them I needed four. I then had to go back online and report that problem, and then they sent me three, one of which was broken. When you buy a chandelier or you assume it’s Crystal especially if it says it in the description. This is not Crystal. This is glass, and cheap made in China glass at that. I do not know how Wayfair stays in business.

This is stunning and absolutely breathtaking Installation takes awhile due to hanging crystals- but its worth it!!

Beautiful Chandelier but came with one broken piece trying to contact wayfair for replacement of broken piece, will update my review soon. Update so finally after sending incorrect colour replacement twice they sent me the correct replacement. Now my Chandelier looks complete and gorgeous.

Pretty big !! Also the canopy had to be modified, a million pieces
