This chandelier is perfect for our dining room along with the matching entryway chandelier that we had installed yesterday. The quality is top-notch and all 120 strings of crystals were meticulously assembled and ready to attach to the fixture. I am very pleased that when I called to say we were short one string, Crystal, the Wayfair representative, ordered and will ship a replacement - a very pleasant and positive customer service experience!
