Beautiful chandelier. I didn't hang it as high as some did. It does need 2 people to install but it's just like any other ceiling light. Since it wasn't that high, I put the crystals on it after it was up. I also put some beaded garland on the down rods. I love it

LOVE IT! Especially how easy it was to switch from our plain light fixture to one this one which can dim and create different atmosphere depending on our needs. Crystals do require “assembly” as they need to be put in but it was incredibly simple work. My only disappointment is that three crystals had chips. There was one extra crystal so I placed the other two in inconspicuous places. I can understand that with shipping but I wish Wayfair had responded to my email about possible replacements. That isn’t the typical customer care I’ve gotten in other Wayfair purchases.
