No issues with part - does its job! Wayfair is request at least 10 words to describe "your thoughts" on this product - kinda hard to do for a threaded sleeve!

When hanging the lights from the same manufacturer and installing in a tall, cathedral ceiling, it can be necessary to add down pipes to the original fixture's length. Fortunately, this manufacturer offers the down pipes and connectors in the matching finish. Our application requires splicing, as well, as the wire lengths on the original fixture only accommodate the down pipe length from the original fixture. Simple part. Must have for the tall ceiling.
