Cage hard to put on and keep on.

I love the retro look. Needs more weight for a thick carpet. I put a tile under it, it works.

Already commented on this lamp and am adding now: 1. if you might return , do not pull cord all the way through to shade- you cannot get it out again and won't fit in box for return. 2. Really tough to get back into boxl. 3. I forgot that finial was missing.

Lovely lamp, a little wobbly and bulb is dim but looks great

Good construction. However the color is a little different when you actually get it and it needs a brighter bulb.
