I love the look of this fixture luckily, no one was standing under it at the time!, but after having it installed for about a year, it suddenly started spinning out of control. One of the fan blades flew off, causing the light bulbs to ask come out of the sockets and crash to the ground.

This is a very nice light fan fixture. It is setup in our kitchen and compliments it well. I gave it 4 stars because I think it was a little overpriced but I do love it.
