My husband had a brass and black eagle lamp that was always in our den. The black shade was looking old with some dents and the gold trim was unraveling. I went on line looking to replace the shade and saw this unusual design. Thought it would a interesting piece rather than a plain color. It has brighten up our den because it lets more light shine through the shade giving more detail to the map design. My husband loved it

Lovely shade, but the size is not accurate. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of returning it.

Exactly what was needed to give a room some flair. I liked that it didn't make the room too dark.

I used it in my home office. It add a classsy look and uplifts the room.
