The lamp is different from the images in the ad. The pictures show a translucent shade that looks like frosted glass -- it's not, it's solid white plastic the quality of a tub of yogurt. And the three color temperatures? Those would come from changing the light bulb, because there's certainly nothing on the lamp to change.

Cute but the plastic shade kind of brings it down a notch. The shade is bright white, too, which makes the overall appearance look cheap.The neck is adjustable but beware it will tip over as the base is not weighted enough. The bulb is also way too bright. I’m keeping as it will serve its purpose lighting a stair well until I can find something better. No assembly and the pale green base and neck are a nice celery green.

We purchased two lamps. One came with a cracked shade. Tried calling customer service. On hold forever. I don’t want to return the whole lamp. I just want a new shade.
