Lustre classique à 5 lumières avec abat-jour Bogdan

I just installed this for my mother, in her new-build home. My husband asked me, "How much did she pay for this?" I said, "Whatever is was, it was too much." First, why would there be no screws included? That's not super helpful when installing in a new-build. They cost about 2 cents for the company to include. Second, one of the glass shades is chipped. Third, the glass shades do not lock into place. When I tightened them all down, every single one of them was crooked. In order for them to be straight, they can't be tightened all the way down, but then they would shift around while adjusting the others. The nut type things to tighten the shades over the base are very hard to turn. If you have thick fingers, don't bother. Fourth, there are scratches on the bottom where the arms come out. They are visible when standing beneath the chandelier. Fifth, the whole thing hangs crooked somehow. Sixth, the "instructions" are dumb. Seriously, open them up and look. I am really not impressed. I have hung a number of light fixtures and ceiling fans. This is the most expensive one I've hung and by far the cheapest built. Unfortunately, since Mom's house was supposed to be finished eons ago, this has been sitting around unopened for 4 1/2 months before being installed today. I hope that Wayfair will work with her on this.

Needed an inexpensive chandelier for our condo that we rent out. This worked. Not sure if I would want it for my own dining room but maybe for a breakfast area would work.
