Picture on wayfair site is slightly misleading. I should have read the description regarding the shade color. It is white not amber as it appears on the website. It was also a little tricky getting the shade to center on the base due to the round metal fixture to hold the shade in place easily moved the shade to the side. Over all its a adequate fixture and back plate size was important for fitting in the space.

Perfect sconces in my stairway. I spent quite a bit of time looking at sconces and I'm very happy with these.

Very nice light. Classes up the joint without being too modern.

First set I got were warped so the glass couldnt slip in its holder. Though customer service was easy to deal with and sent me a new set right away.
