There are not enough words to describe my disappointment. The delivery took long enough and when it finally arrived in 2 boxes, the box with the lampshade was collapsed on the bottom. Photo attached. The lamp itself came in an outer box that was clearly pieced together from a larger box. I had to disassemble it to get to the inner box with the actual lamp. When I unwrapped the lamp, the part that the lightbulb screws into was bent at a nearly 90 degree angle and the bottom part was split. Photos attached. This is useless. Hopefully, you will be able to make it good and deliver it a lot sooner that the last time. I was hoping to use it in a guest room and my guests are arriving next week.
