lights were not up and down , just down , was not the lights we needs for the wall , description needs to say just down !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and super vibrant. The lighting shows from top and bottom, making it feel as if two different lights are up. I am definitely loving the design and the quality of the light. Add LED light bulbs and you can easily save money on electricity as well!
