Ordered 5 of them total, 3 arrived damaged and took longer than the estimated arrival day to come. Trying to get replacements but it is delaying our project. Also a lot skinnier than I thought they’d be.

They sent one light and one empty box. I sent pictures to the company yesterday and they told me to file a police report. The way they are handing this has been triggering. I stopped communicating with them because I was so outdone. I still have both boxes, o e with the light in it and the other empty box sitting by my door. I guess I will try and call again ... but filing a police report because they shipped an empty SEALED box is ridiculous

False advertising. This is NOT waterproof as there is NO back on the full length of the unit. The only way this is waterproof is if it is installed on a full flat wall and then sealed with caulk all the way around so the wall would provide the closed backing to keep all the elements out of the unit. It cannot be installed on a hous with siding because the siding is not completely flat. I have returned the unit.

Love the modern look. Great modern style. Would buy again
