Bought this on May 20, 2021 and had it installed by Handy, booked through Wayfair, in my son’s bedroom. Today the light went dead. We spent more than 700 on the fixture plus installation, and it’s supposed to last “up to” 50,000 hours. Well, it hasn’t been 21,000 hours since I purchased the fixture, let alone since it was installed, and given that it’s in my school age son’s bedroom, it’s also turned off every night while he sleeps and pretty much all day every day while he’s at school and sports and other activities. In reality it’s been used max 3-4,000 hours…. So basically this is a piece of junk that they’re scamming unsuspecting buyers with. It def looks cool, and we got a lot of compliments on it while it lasted.
