How can I return the lamp? One light has a problem with connectivity. The bulb does not work unless it is tapped to connection. Now it does not work at all. There was not a return receipt in the box. Please advise. The lamp is 490.00 for this amount of money it must work without any problems or issues. Please advise. Thank you
