Beautiful pendant for our new bathroom! The first one arrived with a damaged globe, the replacement arrived as a bag of glass, the 3rd shipment was a complete replacement of the entire chandelier but everything arrived safely! I am very thankful for customer services assistance and the quick re-orders. Thank you!
