I was looking for a modern-style, small diameter fan and this fit the bill perfectly. I put it together myself with little to no DIY ability and had an electrician install. They were done in about five minutes and I really like how you can change the light from cooler to warmer as well as dim the brightness. I don't know how easy it will be to fix if the integrated LEDs fail, but for now the look and ease of use is exactly what I wanted.
