DO NOT BUY. I really want to love these fans. They are beautiful. But I've had multiple issues with them. I initially bought three, had issues with two and had to return. Got replacements, 1 of them didn't work, got another replacement, that didn't work. Separate issues each time.
I have now gone through 15 of these fans, because I cannot get a refund. The remote controller stops working about a month after you install, you cannot buy replacement parts, can't contact the manufacturer (it's a Wayfair company) and Wayfair has been extremely difficult about this. Only after I escalate (EVERY TIME) do they send me a new fan. Not replacement part....new fan. All I want is a remote controller that won't burn out after a month.
Update - ALL three of the fans I bought now have issues with remote. Most of them the fan will not work at all. When I try to turn the fan on I just get a loud buzzing. One of them if I spin the fan myself before turning on, it will work, but if I stop and restart it still buzzes. NO SUPPORT from Wayfair. I accidentally did not purchase insurance for these and no way to add on. Outside of 90 days I'm screwed. I replaced one of the remote receivers and remotes, and now it works. Guess I have to buy all new receivers and remotes on my dime because Wayfair's customer services is non-existent anymore. And no way to contact the manufacturer.
