Just as pictured! Arrived well-packaged and holds a bright level of light consistently. It feels like a pretty solid construction. It has a convenient plug and a couple hanging rings to install at the best angle for your needs! I created a fictional sign with it and drilled a hole to hide the cord in the back. Love it as a cool decoration around the house as well.

This LED sign is near perfect I just didnt like the white cable used for power. I think it would have been better to have a clear cable Im going to paint mine to match the wall for concealment.

it is incredibly bright and there is no way for it to be less bright than the large amount of bright that it is. otherwise exactly as described.
