Great strip light. We’re using it on top of our basement entertainment center and the kids love it. We lost the remote some time ago, but the Surplife app actually my preferred way to control the light. Took off one star because it did not come with any mounting hardware.

Great lighting for your next event. This product not only washes a wall. It has the ability to fill a full room with color. The remote is not my preferred way to operate it. The app is the way to go. It was easy to download and to operate. It had customizable functions and others that were already programed like heartbeat and strobe. Mounting bracket already intact. However, there is no hardware to actually hang it. I would recommend this product.

Not exactly what I was expecting. I was expecting concentrated light to wash the wall. This lights the entire room rather than one wall. You have to download an app in order to operate it properly. There are multiple lighting modes, but none of them actually work. The only thing I can do is manually change the color and the lightnessdarkness of the color.

The product itself is fine and has an impressive amount of bright lighting options/colors that can be controlled with a remote. Given that nothing else came in the package (no guide, no mounting hardware, etc.) I'm not sure what app you can supposedly connect to the light (as it suggests in the product description). The lower rating is really due to how long it took to receive the product - I even tried to cancel it because it was taking so long. I ordered back in mid May and it was shipped a month later in a beat up box. There were no updates or other information regarding why it took so long to ship either. I eventually received it but had intended to use for an event that had already passed.

I ordered the Smart Wall Washer light bar to add ambiance to upcoming parties and events I’ll be hosting this year, specifically for our Halloween event. I am THRILLED with how powerful the light is and how versatile. I took some photos of a statue (in the middle of the day) to give an idea of its potential. It has many settings to choose from and is user friendly with the remote. Unit also comes with brackets for wall attachment. Easy way to create impactful moody backdrops for events. Impressed with the quality.
