Good quality! Took some maneuvering to get plate flush with ceiling but very doable.

Looks great, except the top part isn't quite flush to the ceiling. I have an angled ceiling so you can't really tell that much though. Be sure to put low wattage bulbs in it, or it buzzes like crazy. With low wattage bulbs there is no buzzing.

One light came cracked. We are reaching out to customer service currently. The light is great looking but It's a pain to have to send things back.
