i am pleased with this lighting system for the most part. my handyman installed it pretty easily. he especially liked the couplings as they screwed to attach instead of pinching. this was easier and he says stronger than the pinch kind (see photo). i like the system because you can adjust the height (i'm short!) as well as being able to turn and tilt each of the five lights independently. each one can be turned to the precise location of your work area. i'm going to check to see if i can use a little higher wattage than i have now as they could be brighter and be careful as the light covers do get very hot. though all in all i really like the look and the use of this light!.
