I ordered a set of these lamps and really like them, exactly what I needed for the guest bedroom.
HOWEVER...when the first set arrived one of the frames that holds the lampshade was broken (not welded manufactured improperly). This caused the shade to sit crooked and lopsided without proper support. I requested a replacement part and Wayfair was very quick to try and resolve the issue. Ultimately they couldnt get a replacement part so they shipped a new set a week later. Unfortunately, one of the frames in the new set was also not welded together. Between the four lamps that were sent I managed to piece together two that worked.
Customer service was great, but there seems to be a quality control issue with the manufacturer. Otherwise, I appreciate the weight and stability of the lamps when they sit on the nightstand. Just beware you may be frustrated with the quality of the shade frames.. Robert. Roseville, CA. Thu Oct 22 2026
