This lamp has a distinctive design that seems to be inspired by 80s-style Danish lamps. The layered plastic pieces create a globe shape that looks striking when the lamp is on. The lamp arrived fully assembled. It’s also lightweight and easy to place on a nightstand or side table without much effort. The light diffuses through the layered panels nicely and creates a soft glow effect. That said, the materials feels lighter than I expected at this price point. The brass tone is very bright and polished, which gives it more of a bold decorative look rather than a softer brushed or antique brass finish, which I tend to prefer. Depending on your decor style, that may or may not be what you’re looking for. The included bulb is labeled 3000K, but the one that came with mine appeared cooler in tone than expected. I ended up swapping it for a warmer bulb (2850K), and that made the light much cozier. Overall, this is a visually interesting lamp with a unique design that works well as a decorative accent.
