My last purchase ever from Wayfair/Perigold, etc. I won't be back.
I ordered two of these lamps five weeks ago. I opened one and found the light too glaring -- it's impossible to angle so that it isn't shining in your face like a searchlight -- so I was going to return the unopened one. Then my dad got sick and I had to be away unexpectedly for three weeks and had missed the 30-day return window by a week when I came back. When I called to ask if I could at least return it for a credit -- it's not like they would have lost any money and would still have had an unopened item to sell to someone else -- they refused to make an exception.
I've spent over $6,000 on Wayfair over the last three years and just moved into a new home and would have spent more. But I'll never buy anything from Wayfair again.
