The lamp is very nice and is what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it wasn't packaged well or it was handled rough and part of the lamp had punctured the box. I received the box with a hole in the side and part of the lamp sticking out of it. I don't know if I'm missing parts. There were no assembly instructions in the box. I was able to assemble it with the parts I had and it looks great. But, I feel I was lucky it went together and I didn't lose a critical piece or have damage. The product was great.
