. First, I would like to comment on my ordering and shipping experience with Wayfair. I was notified by them right after I placed by order that there would be a delay in delivery of this item. Well, since Covid, I expected weeks. I also received a second notification. However, I received my package in less than 20 days. I did not see this as a hardship at all, especially because of the clear communication from Wayfair. If I had needed something sooner, I could have canceled this and ordered something else.
Now, as far as this hanging lantern goes, the pictures just don’t do it justice. The glass in the lantern is a beautiful amber rose color and is a crackled glass. It is so pretty. I can’t wait to see what it looks like with the light on shining in it. I will have to wait though until we can get it hooked up
for that!
The “aluminum” looks much more like a bronze or brass to us. It is a very nice finish that accompanies the color of the glass wonderfully. I highly recommend this outdoor hanging lantern from Amberson.. Cathleen. Alfred, ME. Wed Jul 19 2023
