I ordered two of the flush mount outdoor lights and they arrived when they were promised. Unfortunately one of the lights arrived with the glass broken and I went on the Wayfare website to report the damage item and it was very easy to report what happened along with a picture of the item. Wayfair immediately Responded to me that a replacement would be sent at no charge. The replacement lamp also arrived when it was promised and it was undamaged.
