I initially thought these lights were solar, but they're hardwired—I'm glad about the mistake. They're durable, professional-looking, and reasonably priced. Unless you have electrical experience, I highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician; wiring typically costs $75–$100.

There are (3) installation Option(s):
(1) These motion lights can be mounted on wooden steps without cutting, in the inside covers of your wooden steps (this should not cost any additional cost),
(2) Flush-mounting of the motion lights can be done by cutting into the wood, (the Electrician can also do this for the installation of flush mount, maybe a small additional cost, this will depend on how many lights you will be installing, Typical Cost:$135.00 - $200.00) mounting the lights to the wooden steps are just as beautiful!
(3) If you're constructing a new building, consider installing these lights in concrete areas like porches or walkways during the CONSTRUCTION of the building; including them UPFRONT shouldn't add to your costs if listed in your BLUEPRINTS!
