Packing and product can be stronger.

This is the replacement item that I received and again it is dented. first time also the top was dented and same thing again, quite disappointed

We love this parcel drop box.. Finally got item right after the 3rd delivery but Way fair was with us every step of the way. Beautiful box.. Fits everything we ever want. We will definitely get the same one if our current mailbox needs to be replaced.
