I got this fire pit during the summer sale. I don’t think it would be worth the original price, but definitely worth the sale price! It isn’t quite a heavy duty as the non-sale price would make you think it would be, but it’s very nice looking, and I think it will do nicely!

The fireplace is in a distance, but it works great is very sturdy. We loaded about 5 medium logs 2 big ones with twigs branches. The only down side is there’s no water drain hole after it rains, so you have to tip the side over to drain rainwater. If you have a dermal, you could drill a hole(s) as well. Other than that this is a great metal fire pit.

This fire pit is unique, heavy, and really cool! Great for a wood fire, and when we get our patio poured, Im going to install a gas line in it and use it as a gas fire pit. I cant believe it isnt sold out... Its so much cooler than all of the standard, basic square fire pits.

This BARELY gets two stars, only because it IS a metal bowl to put fire in, and while I haven't tested that, I can't imagine it won't do it. How do you screw up a metal bowl? Well, they did it. The fire pit bowl comes in two pieces. A ring base, and the bowl. There are four holes drilled in the bottom of the bowl, that [in theory] should match the four holes in the ring base so that it sits securely. Except the hole pattern in the bowl doesn't match the base, and I was barely able to get screws in two holes. The other two holes in the bowl are nowhere. near the holes in the base. The brown / copper colored finish was also shoddily applied. There are scuff and scrape marks on it with lots of bare metal showing. I expected uneven application to give it an attractive rustic look, but this just looks like it was rushed and haphazardly and incompletely done. I will probably have to try to find a rustoleum finish I can put over this to protect it. Cannot recommend. This was my first Wayfair purchase and I am now nervous about whether the deck chairs I purchased will be of similarly poor quality.

Quality product and packaging, easy assembly. I will use it as a planter until firepit season rolls around again! It’s not quite corten steel aesthetic, but really nice color and finish.
