I used these landscaping rock pebbles to build a patio and put around the house. We made it thru the winter and patio still look amazing with these polished landscaping rock pebbles. I would definitely buy again!

Our delivery today was amazing. So excited to get my purchase. Unfortunately I have some frustrating issues with my order, not with the delivery team. They were a 10. My frustration is: ordered on 5/27. First app said delivery 6/1-6/9; that got changed to 6/11; the from 6/9-6/14; then changed to the 15th. I received a message stating my order would be delivered between 2:30-7:00 pm on the 15th. I was out of town but the order said no one needed to be home. I kept checking my cameras and at 7:30 still no delivery. I checked the app and went to virtual and it stated delivery on 6/15. What??? No delivery and no one to be able to talk to because the center closed. Checked app again it stated order cancelled! Sent a text to see what exactly happened. Received a text stating it needed a signature. No one came to my house. I starting chatting with them and they instructed me to contact the delivery partner. I did and was told that the order didn’t even make it on the truck on the 15th and there has been a problem with automated texts and emails being sent out even when orders weren’t on a truck. I love shopping with Wayfair but this experience was frustrating. I needed these rocks to finish my backyard and I had to keep changing the day for my contractors to come finish the yard. Who is paying for my canceling them at the last minute and for work they didn’t take because I was told something that didn’t happen. I didn’t even tell the that order was supposed to be there today because I didn’t want pay another cancellation charge. Wayfair needs to make this right. Again, the delivery team today was amazing and I thank them so much. It is the customer service experience that was frustrating.
