Missing variety of parts, maybe 7-8 in total. Purchased open box, but isn’t the product supposed to be inspected to make sure it’s actually usable Like, it needs poles to function.

Missing pieces foam is all broken really bad purchase.

Update after just not even ine summer this trampoline is garbage. One pole has already rusted andnsnapped and every single connection is already rusting too. Sad, my kids enjoyed this, but its not safe. It arrived the day after I ordered it so that was nice and timely. Took 3 people to get the base together, but wasnt hard just needed extra hands to hold pieces up until it could on its own. I will say I am disappointed that we had only had it up barely a month and when we moved it to mow yesterday discovered the ladder already is rusting. I am going to check the trampoline pieces today for any rust. We did just get a lot of rain. However that is pretty insane to be rusting so fast.

Great trampoline for little ones, my 3 year old loves it and the big net around it. Very secure and he loves the ball net to hang up and play with. Very interactive. Light enough to move around the yard for when you need to mow, legs don’t come apart.

We have four kids and they've been living in this trampoline! My husband put this together in an hour and a half by himself. The safety enclosure is essential for my romboustous kids. Happy about the antitrust factor as it's outdoors and it rains frequently in Florida.
