Auvent autoportant rétractable avec base lestée

We love it! Took some time to put together but was easy to do. Exactly what we needed to provide shade underneath our pool cage in FL.

Arrived on time. Couple of dents on the main poles. Tiny hole in fabric at the top but covered by the awning roller. Overall satisfied. Easy to setup. Directions clear to read. Good addition to the outdoor area for the sunny days. Held up to the first rain and kept us dry.

Generally happy with Wayfair but extremely disappointed with this canopy. Missing parts, holes not drilled correctly, parts were misaligned - all making assembly much more difficult than it needed to be. Although measurements in product description are accurate, AI generated photos are VERY misleading as to the overall size for the coverage area. Product description states - "with weighted base". This is misleading. There is a metal base, but no sections for sand or water.

I have bought several things from you before. This is a terrible experience. After over $300+, the holes were not drilled correctly for installation. Still waiting for replacement parts. It sits 85% done on my back porch. If these parts aren’t correct, you need to take this whole thing back.

This was an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DOOOO NOOOOT BUY !!!!!! Not only did MOST of the pieces come in horribleeee shape —- dents everywhere, they have HIDDEN in the description that you can “drill your own holes” which you HAVE to do because all the holes theyyyy put are located in a way preventing proper assembly but also we literally spent SEVEN HOURSS IN THE HOT SUN AND HUMIDITY attempting to assemble this absolute ridiculous excuse for a “product” and it STILL was impossible to assemble. When we did get it the closest to the instructions and it APPEARED to be together it randomly fell ON US as we were sitting under it. This is basically a scam don’t buy.
