We are installing now. The stability is questionable. There are some missing washers for the roof screws. When I contacted AECOJOY they are giving me the runaround. Asking me to check carefully for the missing washers. I have told them they are not there please send them to me ASAP. So I finally contacted Wayfair today. They escalated my problem and now it says missing parts have been ordered. I hope this is cleared up so we can finish this. I like the look of it so we will see once its completed.

I had installers handle the installation and other than some challenges with drilling it into my cement pad, it seemed to go fine. It certainly looks nice, however, there is no way to affix mosquito netting/screen to it due to the width/square shape of the rim around the top edge. Also, the first time it rained after it was installed, it bled brown onto my cement pad. That did come up when I had it power washed.

This is a sturdy pergola that looks nice when assembled. Assembly is somewhat challenging and requires at least 2 people. It arrives in 3 boxes and they are quite heavy. The instructions are difficult to view and comprehend the attachment of the parts due to the small print. The adjustable height is great when you are determining the height over already installed windows. Overall, it does the job of keeping the rain and sun off the covered deck area.

The quality of the product so far is good waiting to see when a storm hits. Be prepared to spend hours assembling as there was over 300 screws. The box arrived damaged which damaged the panels. The instructions were quite difficult and I had a professional man who has own backyard pergola company for 30 years putting it together and setting it up. Overall I’m pleased with how it looks and the amount of shade and sun coverage I get as I live in Florida. It took us 2 days to put together total of around 10-12 hours
