Ad said chestnut wood (assuming the thin plywood is chestnut) and the majority of the construction is pine. There is no center crossbar and the plywood is only 3/8” so the bounce is terrible. I will be adding a piece into the middle myself. The boards are not sealed so you will have to seal them to make them last. I do like the design for the legs and the decal looks nice. Not a good performer though. Not recommended!
