First - it's a cute snoman, so I want to give it five stars, but I can't. The quality of the materials is not great. Here were the problems with it right out of the box. I've submitted a problem with my order form, we'll wait to see how customer service is. 1. One arm will not light up (picture included) 2. the velcro on the scarf fell off on both ends - I tried to reglue it, it wouldn't hold. (picture included) 3. The center rods fit very poorly, too tight. We had to really push to get them to go together. Not sure we will get them apart. 4. the arm connectors didn't function well, on one side (the opposite of the no light side) the connector is not working properly.
