They look great by the pool and hold up well

I love these chairs. They’re heavy, sturdy and comfortable.

They were delivered almost a month earlier than expected so I’m excited about that, but that being said the boxes arrived completely damaged! They had rips all over them, retapped and I am missing the nuts and bolts to put the chairs together. As you can see in the photos parts of the chairs have been damaged as well. When I reached out to customer service I got a generic response that I would have to wait to hear from their “specialized” team bc I have had multiple issues with them. As if it’s my fault their merchandise arrives like this. Will update if and when this is resolved.
