Nice sturdy umbrella that came with a pull rope cut in half and taped together rendering it useless.

Absolutely horrible. Literally just received this an hour ago or less. Was excited and immediately attempted to put it together. The instructions are written by someone that apparently does not speak English. The instructions aren't even in order. I wish I could show this to all because its hysterical how horrible they are. The wood is disgustingly dirty. Its like a layer of soot all over it. It would take me hours to polish this. I am not even sure if its teak wood like I was told. The arms of the umbrella also appear to be dented all over. Small dents - UGLY. Needless to say I wasted over 400 bucks so I will be getting a credit and buying a regular everyday cheap umbrella. Oh one more thing...Wayfair recommended a base that fit the 2" post but its not strong enough to hold the umbrella so it tips over. All Garbage.

The white cover was not white. It was more of a lavender color. Returns were very easy and we will try another supplier
