Très contente du produit final. Mais pour ce qui est du montage, on a sué un bon coup. La dernière pièce ne voulait pas entrer dans ses rails. Il faut absolument être deux pour monter ce sofa, avec quelques outils.

Love the simple look of this high quality

This has been my worst Wayfair purchase to date. I bought the sofa because it advertised fast two day shipping and we needed it for a weekend event. Despite the fact that the sofa had not yet shipped, I was unable to cancel it. The sofa arrived 10 days later. The Plastic snap together frame has misshapen parts that make it impossible to assemble. Now I am waiting another week for a replacement part. Poor quality.

Sofa came in 3 boxes, one for each third of this 3 seat sofa. It was simple to put together by myself. The cushions are pure white. The label on them says “Snow White” while I was expecting natural canvas color. I also ordered an ottoman. That was delivered without the cushion. I used text chat to resolve that so that cushion is now on the way. I ordered on May 31 and delivery was scheduled or July 27. Sofa and ottoman were delivered 10 days early. When I ordered, the cushions were advertised as Sunbrella. Mine are not Sunbrella; they are Sun Field. I’m working with customer support to resolve that also. This sofa delivers as a handsome, modern sofa. If I received the cushions that were advertised, I would have rated 5 stars.

I had difficulty deciding on stars... 3 or 4? I selected this item based on a it being rated for commercial use, weight limit and because it is composite material that won't rust or rot. We have a vacation rental at the beach and nothing so far has stood up to the salt, sun and sand. No tools necessary to assemble this outdoor furniture. It literally snaps together. No screws or bolts to rust and stain your patio or deck. However it did come apart in a few places whenever we moved the sofa after assembly which was annoying. Once set, it feels remarkably strong and stable. It is light enough to move but not so light it will blow away. much sturdier than ordinary plastic outdoor furniture. Cushions are firm.
